The mash bill is 74% organic Texas white corn, 15% organic red winter wheat and 11% organic two-row barley.
The nose offers golden Texas apples with glazed honey, sweet floral notes, fresh grass and saddle leather. The palate recalls a smoky fairground toffee apple, walnut and cinnamon pancakes, baking spices, bay leaf, orange sweets and a sugar biscuit with lemon gummy. The finish is long, with notes of a campfire.
