GlenAllachie 12 Years is a Speyside single malt that has been part of the distillery's core range since 2018. It was first matured in ex-bourbon casks, then finished in PX, Oloroso and virgin oak casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV, without chill-filtration or added colour.
The nose leads with butterscotch and honey, with raisins and mocha. On the palate come marzipan sweetness, honey and banana, then butterscotch and raisins, with mocha again. The finish is medium in length, carrying butterscotch, raisins and mocha.
