GlenWyvis Batch 02/18 is a single malt distilled in 2018 and bottled in 2022 at 46.5% ABV. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour, and comes in a gift box as a batch of 8,000 bottles.
The whisky was matured mainly in first-fill ex-Tennessee whiskey casks (60%), with first-fill ex-Oloroso casks (25%) and refill hogsheads (15%).
The nose is soft white grapes turning to a jammy sweetness. On the palate come vanilla custard, sherbet and pear drop sweets. The finish opens with dark chocolate and lingers with summer berries.
