Gonzalez Byass Cristina Medium Sherry (37.5cl)

Cristina is an 8-year-old medium sherry from Gonzalez Byass, in a 37.5cl bottle. It is a blend of 87% Palomino and 13% Pedro Ximénez, and shows a bright amber colour. The Pedro Ximénez adds subtle notes of raisins and figs to a clean nose. The palate is slightly sweet, with hints of American oak and a long finish. It works as an aperitif with cheese or pâté, or on its own, served slightly chilled.
