Gonzalez Byass Leonor Palo Cortado 12 Year Old (37.5cl)

Leonor is a 12-year-old Palo Cortado from Jerez, made by Gonzalez Byass and filled in a 37.5cl bottle. It has been called the wild child of the region. The colour is light mahogany with golden tones and a slightly orange rim. Its powerful structure suits mature cheese and strong meats such as venison, and it is best served slightly chilled. The nose is intense and complex, with hazelnut, bitter orange and mature oak. The palate is powerful yet delicate and elegant, with toasted notes and a smooth, silky texture.
