Hatozaki Blended Whisky is a Japanese whisky made by the Kaikyō Distillery in Akashi, Hyogo. It combines malt and grain whiskies and is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is made in a light, smooth style and suits drinking neat or in highballs. The nose is fresh and floral, with soft cereal notes and light vanilla. The palate is subtly sweet, with citrus, honey and white pepper, and the finish is light and clean.
