Heart of Gold is a 10 year old blended malt from Uncharted Whiskies, in a 70cl bottle. The malt whisky spirits in the blend come from the Highlands.
The spirit first matured in ex-bourbon casks. After Uncharted Whisky came across it, the decision was made to move it into a fresh Sauternes barrique. The transfer marked the start of something new and distinctly Uncharted for the bottler.
