Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2026 (70cl, 43%)

Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2026 is a limited-edition Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, released on 26 May 2026. It has no age statement and is bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The series has appeared each year since 2021. The blend draws on malt from Yamazaki and Hakushu and grain whisky from Chita. Its defining element is long-matured grain whisky given a second maturation in sakura (cherry wood) casks. Ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks are also part of the blend. The bottle has the 24-faceted Hibiki shape with a washi label. The nose is fragrant and floral, with cherry blossom.
