A blended straight bourbon from High West of Park City, Utah, in a 1.75-litre bottle at 46% ABV. It brings together three bourbons aged 2, 6 and 13 years: a 2-year-old from MGP in Indiana and two Kentucky bourbons. All were aged in charred new American oak barrels, and the blend is non-chill-filtered.
The nose offers caramel, melted butter, fresh apple and orange zest. On the palate come candy corn, honey nougat and sweet cornbread, then lemon zest, dry oak, toasted nuts and cinnamon. The finish is medium-long, with caramel apple, pecan pie and vanilla.
