High West – Double Rye Whiskey (70cl, 46%)

High West Double Rye is an American rye whiskey in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46%. It is a blend of straight rye whiskies from several distilleries. The blend sets a high-rye whiskey of two years old, with its lively character, alongside older material. The extra age adds some sweetness, which softens the bite of the younger rye. High West is a distillery and saloon in Utah, founded on the ambition of its proprietor and distiller, David Perkins, to make a Rocky Mountain whiskey.
