An American single malt from High West, distilled in the mountains of Utah and bottled unfiltered at 88 proof, in a 750 ml bottle.
It is made from 100% malted barley and aged in newly charred and second-use oak barrels, giving a malt-forward style.
The nose brings baked apple, warm honey, toasted oats and graham cracker. On the palate there is banana bread, honeycomb, toasted pecan and dried fig. The finish is of medium length, with light spice, toasted oak and lingering sweet malt.
