Highland Park 12 Year Old is a single malt made in Orkney and bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in hand-selected refill casks and first-fill sherry-seasoned European and American oak.
Its golden amber colour is natural, taken direct from the cask. The whisky is spicy but mellow, with subtle smoke on the finish that reflects Orkney heathered peat.
The distillery's notes give Seville oranges, heather honey, spiced fruitcake and heathered peat smoke.
