Highland Park 12 Year Old is a single malt whisky from the Highland Park Distillery in Kirkwall, Orkney, where whisky has been made since 1798. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
It is matured mainly in European and American sherry-seasoned oak casks.
The character is spicy and well-rounded, with Seville orange and rich fruitcake spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Heather honey runs through waves of heathery peat smoke.
