A 12 year old single malt from Highland Park on Orkney, matured in oak casks and bottled at 40% ABV. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The nose has heather honey and dried fruit, with vanilla, soft spice and a hint of peat smoke. On the palate it is balanced and full of character, with sweet malt, honey, orange and raisins, light spice, soft oak and a gentle smokiness.
The finish is medium in length and smooth, with lasting honey sweetness, warm spice and a subtle smoky touch.
