A 12 year old Highland Park single malt from Orkney, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured exclusively in sherry casks. The barley is malted on the distillery's own floor and the green malt is dried over local heather peat, which gives the whisky its typical character.
Gold in colour, it opens with honey, citrus, fine peat smoke and sherry. The palate is full and soft, with apple, orange, pepper and sweet spices. The finish is long, with honey, pepper and oak.
