Highland Park 15 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Kirkwall distillery in Orkney, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It was aged for fifteen years in a combination of sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks. Highland Park was founded in 1798.
The nose is blossom, wildflower honey and soft citrus peel with a faint heathery smoke. The palate is medium-bodied and velvety, with vanilla, dried fruit, dark chocolate and baking spices. The finish is clean and warming, with sweet oak, dried orange and heather peat smoke.
