Highland Park Viking Heart is a 15 year old single malt from Scotland, in a 70cl bottle at 44% ABV.
The nose opens with brown sugar, orange oil and cinnamon, with a gentle waft of vegetal peat. On the palate there is heather honey and smoke, with vanilla, molasses and lemon alongside.
The finish is long, with warming cinnamon spice and smoky embers.
