Highland Park Viking Heart is a 15 year old single malt from Orkney, in a 70cl bottle at 44% ABV.
A relatively large share of the whisky matured in first-fill sherry casks, which gives it a base that is rich in dry, spicy character with subtle touches of sweetness.
The nose brings crème brûlée, heather honey and crumbled cinnamon, followed by intensely fruity notes.
