The whisky was matured in sherry seasoned oak casks.
The nose is rich and spicy, with crème brûlée, honey and cinnamon, followed by pineapple and lemon zest. The palate recalls freshly baked cake, with more cinnamon and a toasted note. The finish brings peat smoke together with citrus and vanilla.
