This is a 16-year-old Highland Park single malt, Between You and I, made in collaboration with the Swedish three-star chef Björn Frantzén. It is bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky combines new Swedish oak, sherry-seasoned European and American oak, and former bourbon casks.
It is powerful and complex in flavour, with sweetness and a subtle smoky character.
