This Highland Park is an 18 year old single malt from Orkney, distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2024 by the independent bottler Signatory Vintage. It comes in a decanter-style bottle at 52%.
The whisky matured for 18 years in hogsheads. Highland Park uses malted barley smoked over peat, which gives gentle peat notes, and the long maturation added creamy and fruity tones to the spicy smoke.
