Highland Park 18 Year Old is a single malt from the Islands, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
It is matured mainly in first-fill European oak casks that previously held sherry. The distillery's approach rests on peat cut from Hobbister Moor, hand-turned floor maltings and cool maturation in a temperate island climate, practices it has followed for over 220 years.
It is described as having layers of sweet, honeyed malt wrapped in subtle, floral peat smoke.
