A 21 year old Highland Park from Hunter Laing's Old & Rare range, distilled in 1997 and matured in a refill hogshead. It is bottled at 54% in a large 150cl bottle.
This is a private cask selection, limited to a batch of 30 bottles. Each is sealed with wax and carries dragon and phoenix motifs designed specially for the batch.
The tasting notes describe vanilla custard, toffee and apricot.
