A 25 year old single malt from Highland Park, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV. Half of its maturation takes place in sherry casks, which is the main reason for its depth.
It was first launched in 1998. The colour is a dark reddish gold, clear and with a slightly grainy golden glint.
The nose is full, with oak, chocolate and fudge. On the palate it is rich, with heather honey and nut cake, and touches of oak and peat.
