This is a 30 year old single malt from Highland Park, in a 75cl bottle. The robust, oily new make spirit was matured for an extended time, mostly in refill casks alongside first-fill sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks.
The result is a fudgy sweetness, as found in the more mature Highland Park expressions, layered with aromatic spice, dark chocolate orange and floral peat.
