This is Highland Park 30 Year Old, a single malt from Scotland, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV.
Master Whisky Maker Gordon Motion combined three cask types for this release: ex-bourbon casks, first-fill sherry seasoned casks, and a small number of refill casks used to bring the flavours together.
The ex-bourbon casks are described as bringing sweet vanilla and honey with a sharp citrus edge. The sherry seasoned casks add stewed fruit and warm spices.
