Highland Park – Bicentenary 1977 Vintage Reserve 21 Years Old (70cl, 40%)

A 21 year old Highland Park single malt, distilled in 1977 and bottled in 1998 at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It was released for the distillery's Bicentenary, marking 200 years from 1798 to 1998. The Vintage Reserve first appeared in an approximate 12,000 bottles. A further 690 bottles, originally set aside for samples and tasting, were later found and released in 2008 for the Japanese market in a slightly different wooden box.
