Highland Park Cask Strength Release No. 4 is a single malt Scotch whisky from Highland Park Distillery, bottled at 64.3% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose brings sharp citrus, toasted oak and vanilla, with charred heather and fragrant peat smoke. On the palate, citrus blossom, juicy grapefruit and rose tea keep the spicy, floral character, joined by aromatic woody spices and vibrant peat.
The finish adds aniseed, warm clove and sweeter baking spices, while heather and soft smoke linger.
