Highland Park Dragon Legend is a single malt from Orkney, inspired by Norse legend and the tale of Sigurd the dragon-slayer.
It was matured slowly in sherry-seasoned European oak, and a higher share of Orkney peated malt gives it a smokier character.
The notes run to vanilla cream, winter spices, bright lemon zest and sweet heather honey, with layers of aromatic smoke. It is deeply smoky yet smooth.
