Highland Park Dragon Legend is a single malt Scotch from the Highland Park Distillery in Kirkwall, Orkney, bottled at 43.1% in a 70cl bottle. Its character comes from slow maturation in sherry seasoned European oak casks and a higher proportion of Orkney peated malt.
The distillery has been making whisky in Kirkwall since 1798.
The notes describe rich vanilla cream with warm winter spices, the tang of sun-ripened lemons glazed with sweet heather honey, and aromatic peat smoke.
