This is a 15 year old Scotch single malt from Highland Park, bottled at 45.2% abv. It is the Fire Edition, one of a two-part series that also includes an Ice Edition.
The whisky celebrates Muspelheim, the glowing Norse fire realm of destruction. It was matured entirely in refill Port-seasoned casks, a first for Highland Park.
It comes in a black wooden holder shaped like a volcano, with the whisky as the lava, along with a soft sleeve and booklet.
