Highland Park – Keystone Series Part I Hobbister (70cl, 51.4%)

Hobbister is the first bottling in Highland Park's Keystone Series, a limited edition of 1200 bottles released in 2016 at 51.4% ABV. The series highlights the five Keystones of production that make Highland Park distinct. The name comes from the Hobbister peat moor, seven miles from the distillery. Its exposed, barren ground takes the full force of the island's strong winds, and its peat is aromatic, formed from decaying heather and plants.
