Highland Park – Keystone Series Part II Shiel (70cl, 48.1%)

Highland Park Shiel is the second release in the Keystones series, a run of five bottles issued from 2016 onwards to show the five keystones of production at the distillery. It is a single malt bottled at 48.1% in a 70cl bottle. The name comes from the wooden shovels used to turn barley by hand as it germinates. It was bottled in 2017, and 1,200 bottles were produced.
