Highland Park – Keystone Series Part IV Yesnaby (70cl, 58.9%)

Yesnaby is the fourth bottling in Highland Park's Keystone Series, released in 2017 as a limited edition of 1200 bottles at 58.9% ABV. The series highlights the five Keystones of production that make Highland Park distinct. Master Whisky Maker Gordon Motion chose three first-fill, sherry-seasoned American oak casks from the 2005 vintage, taken from the distillery's most northerly warehouse, to show how Orkney's climate shapes the spirit. The name comes from the cliffs on Orkney's Atlantic coast, the last land before Greenland.
