Highland (Park Life) is a 20-year-old Highland Park single malt from 2004, released by Uncharted Whisky Company. Matured in a single ex-bourbon cask numbered 53, it is offered at 55% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The cask influence remains restrained, allowing the spirit's sweetness, coastal character and gentle peat to remain clear. Orchard fruit, heather honey and vanilla lead the flavour, accompanied by soft smoke and a fresh, balanced character.
