Highland Park Ness of Brodgar's Legacy is a single malt released to support the Ness of Brodgar Trust and its archaeological work at the Neolithic site in Orkney. A percentage of the proceeds from the release is donated to the Trust, and only 5,000 bottles were filled.
It was bottled at its marrying strength of 46% ABV, with no colour added, and has a rich amber appearance.
The flavours are sweet floral honey, rich fruitcake and warm winter spices, with orange zest and aromatic peat smoke.
