Highland Park – 'Release No.3' Cask Strength (64.1%)

This is a Highland Park single malt Scotch, bottled as Release No.3 at a cask strength of 64.1% ABV. The whisky goes into the bottle undiluted, straight from the cask, which keeps the full character of the spirit. At that strength it is a powerful dram and not an easy introduction to single malt. Despite the high alcohol, it does not come across as medicinal.
