Sky of Orkney is an 18 year old single malt Scotch whisky from Highland Park, issued as an Exclusive Travel Edition. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose combines Orcadian peat with heather and a floral touch of lemon zest. On the palate come black cherries, cacao nibs, honey and peat smoke, with a subtle hint of pistachio. The finish is spicy and peaty, and stays on the palate.
