This is Highland Park Triskelion, a special edition single malt from Orkney, bottled at 45.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was put together by three Highland Park whisky makers.
They chose three types of cask: first fill sherry seasoned Spanish oak, first fill sherry seasoned American oak and ex-bourbon.
The result is a robust malt with Seville orange, raisins, apricot, honey, coriander seed and peat smoke.
