Highland Park Triskelion is an Orkney single malt created by three whisky makers, who bring more than 100 years of experience between them. It is bottled at 45.1% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky matures in three types of first-fill cask: Sherry-seasoned Spanish oak butts, Sherry-seasoned American oak casks, and Bourbon barrels and hogsheads.
On the palate it shows orange peel, apricot, cumin and vanilla, with a light touch of smoke.
