Highland Park Valfather is a single malt from Orkney, in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to the distillery's Viking series and takes its name from Odin, the Valfather.
The nose offers gentle peat smoke, like a bonfire on a cool evening. The palate brings sweet apples and pears with vanilla and spicy ginger, and a lovely warmth.
