Highland Park – Valkyrie (70cl, 45.9%)

Highland Park Valkyrie is a single malt from Orkney, bottled at 45.9% in a 70cl bottle. It is the first release in a Viking-themed trilogy, a nod to the Norse heritage that still shapes life on the island. Highland Park was founded in 1798 by Magnus Eunson, described as a direct descendant of the Viking pioneers who used Orkney as a base in the 8th and 9th centuries.
