Whitlaw is a Highland Park single malt from Orkney, bottled by Signatory Vintage for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It was distilled in 2018 and bottled in June 2026 at eight years old, at 46%.
After its main maturation it was finished in first fill Pedro Ximénez sherry butts. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose combines raisins and dates with dark fruit, sweet sherry, spicy smoke and a little heather honey. The palate is full and almost syrupy, with caramel, dark chocolate, dried fruit and strong malt over a gentle peaty spice. The finish is long, sweet and spicy, with dried fruit, chocolate and smoke fading softly.
