Highland Park Wings of the Eagle 16 Year Old is a single malt in a 70cl bottle, made to celebrate the islands of Orkney. Its smokiness comes from peat from the island's treeless, heather-rich moorland, and the whisky is matured in carefully selected sherry-seasoned European oak casks. The notes are of sweet figs, apricots, nutmeg, chocolate-coated marzipan and heathery peat smoke.
