Jack Daniel's 14 Year Old Tennessee Whiskey Batch 2 (75cl, 63.1%)

This is the second batch of Jack Daniel's 14 Year Old Tennessee Whiskey, bottled at 63.15% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is made at the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg from a mash bill of 80% corn, 12% rye and 8% malted barley, using the Lincoln County Process. The nose offers sweet bakery spices, layers of oak, caramelised brown sugar, dried fruit and concentrated vanilla. On the palate come creamy butterscotch, rich leather, tobacco, seasoned oak and baking spice. The finish is long, with clove, sweet tobacco and lasting oak.
