Jack Daniel's Bonded is a Tennessee whiskey bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV) in a 75cl bottle, made under the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897.
That means it was distilled at a single distillery in a single distilling season and aged for at least four years in a federally bonded warehouse. It is made at the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg using the Lincoln County Process.
The nose offers caramel, vanilla and toasted oak with corn sweetness. The palate is rich, with caramel, brown sugar, charred oak and warming spice, and the finish is warm, with caramel and oak lingering.
