Jack Daniel's Gentleman Jack (75cl, 40%)

Jack Daniel's Gentleman Jack is a Tennessee whiskey bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle, made at the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg. It is double mellowed: the spirit is filtered through sugar maple charcoal before it goes into the barrel and again after ageing, before bottling. The mash bill is 80% corn, 12% rye and 8% malted barley. The nose is soft caramel, vanilla and honey with gentle oak. The palate is smooth, with caramel, honey, vanilla and light fruit, and the finish is clean and warm, with caramel and vanilla lingering.
