Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Eric Church is a Tennessee whiskey made in collaboration with the country musician Eric Church, bottled at 47% in a 750ml bottle. It is a limited edition with a label designed to mark the collaboration.
Church took part in the tasting and selection at the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg, choosing a single barrel for deeper oak and more concentrated caramel.
The nose offers rich caramel, toasted oak, vanilla, banana and brown sugar. The palate is full-bodied, with caramel, dark cherry, charred oak and warming spice, and the finish is long, with oak and caramel lingering.
