Jack Daniel's Tennessee Blackberry is a flavoured whiskey made by blending Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey with a proprietary blackberry liqueur. It is bottled at 35% ABV (70 proof) by the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee. The liqueur is meant to sit alongside the vanilla, caramel and charcoal-mellowed character of the whiskey base rather than overwhelm it. The nose is fresh blackberry, dark berry sweetness and vanilla. The palate is rich blackberry liqueur backed by vanilla, caramel and charcoal-mellowed sweetness, and the medium-length finish fades from berry sweetness to a warm whiskey close.
