Jack Daniel's Tennessee Travelers Bold & Spicy is a Tennessee whiskey from the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg, bottled at 53.5% ABV in a 50cl bottle. It belongs to the Tennessee Travelers series and was introduced in 2021.
The mash bill is 70% rye, 18% corn and 12% malted barley, and the whiskey is charcoal mellowed before it matures in new charred American oak barrels.
The nose brings dry oak and dark roasted corn, with rye, pepper, caramelised sugar and charcoal. On the palate, black pepper, clove and baking spices sit over vanilla and stone fruit. The finish is long and dry, with wood tannins and dark cinnamon.
